On-site parking is available, both garage and outdoor parking is available for an additional fee. Contact our office for current parking rates and availability. 

We provide washer and dryers for all apartments. 

Yes, we welcome cats and dogs. There is a 2-pet maximum per apartment.

The only fees associated with having pets are monthly pet rent of $50 per cat, and $75 per dog. 

Yes, breed restrictions are; Pit bulls, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Akitas, Great Danes, Mastiffs, Canecorsos, Staffordshire Terriers & Doberman Pinschers. There are no weight restrictions.  

Yes, located directly across from the front entrance of the community, in The Commons, is a fenced dog park with complimentary baggies, receptacles and agility equipment to use. 

We do not furnish apartments, however we can refer you to Cort Furniture, where you can lease housewares, linens, and furniture.

Yes, applications are completed online and there is a supplemental application required as well. Acceptable rent payments are online payments via the portal by checking account or credit card. Company checks are also acceptable. 

Life Time’s Athletic Club hours are Monday – Thursday 4am -12am, Friday – Sunday 5am-10pm. 

Yes, building quiet hours are 11pm-7am. There are additional fees for residents to reserve the Lounge on the 3rd floor, which overlooks the elevated active courtyard, 4th Ave and The Commons and features a private balcony. Please contact our office for additional information. 


All packages are delivered to our secure package room located off of the mailroom and accessible 24/7 by the Butterfly App. 

No, there is no charge to tour the community. 

At this time, we are appointment only; however, in the future, walk-ins will be welcome. You are also able to schedule in-person or virtual tours via our website or by phone at (781) 730-2770. 

We provide RCN cable and internet as a complimentary service. In addition, we also work with Verizon and Comcast if you’d like to upgrade from the service we provide. This service would be additional and will be set up separately directly with you and the provider. 

Members are available Monday – Friday from 9am – 5pm at The Life Time Club, as well as by appointment during the week and on weekends. Once our community office is open, our office hours will be similar and updated at that time. 

Applications can be submitted quickly and easily on our website via the "floorplan" tab, by selecting the apartment of your choice. Please feel free to contact our leasing staff if you would like assistance in beginning the application process. 

Application approval time varies based on timeliness of submission of all required documents and response time for 3rd-party verifications, i.e., rental history verification, etc. We generally aim to have applications approved within 48-72 hours.? 

Up-front fees will include rent beginning from the day you contractually take possession of the home, security deposit, which is typically $500 and determined during the application process, as well as a once-time lock/re-key fee. Parking, pet and storage fees, if chosen, would be included in this as well. 

We encourage online payments via our secure resident portal, but you may also pay by check or money order. Cash is not accepted.

Residents have access to our secure online portal, where they can set up their auto payments or make one-time payments. Credit card and debit card transactions will incur a convenience fee of a percentage of the total, respectively. Paying with your bank account and routing number is free. We do not accept American Express at this time. 

Parking, storage and pet fees are all optional, but additional if chosen. Please contact our office for full availability. 

Yes, residents are required to have renter's insurance. We require $300,000 in liability coverage and $12,000 in personal property coverage. 

Trash is included, water and sewer are billed to you by us in your rental statement. Gas (National Grid - Hot water and range), as well as Electricity (Eversource - All other appliances in the home) will be set up by you directly with the provider. 

The Life Time Living staff will provide you with specific instructions on how to set up utilities with National Grid for gas and Eversource for electricity, prior to your move in. The account numbers will be needed in order to receive possession of the home. 

Guests are always welcome and encouraged at the community but must be accompanied by a resident in amenity spaces. Guests are required to park in the guest parking spaces in front of the community, between the entrance and The Commons. 

Lease terms will be available to you on our website with a wide range of options to choose from. There are no incentives or rental discounts for paying rent in advance. 

If you would like to transfer to a sister property, you will be required to pay a new security deposit. Security deposits do not transfer from one property to the next. 

Subletting or Air BnB is not permitted under any circumstances and is stated so in the lease agreement. 

We offer two options if needed, both require a full 60 days' notice that you are planning to vacate or terminate the contract. The first option is to pay a fee equivalent to two months of your contractually obligated rent. The second option is to pay an administrative fee of $150, vacate and pay rent for the days until the home has a new resident take possession of it. 

Standard appliances include -KitchenAid* Refrigerator, Gas Range*, Dishwasher, Microwave, Full-size Washer & Dryer. All are stainless steel and are managed/maintenance by our Facilities Team. 


Your new apartment will be thoroughly inspected and prepared by one of our maintenance team members. The apartment will also be professionally cleaned, sanitized, and painted as needed. Our team will then do a final walk-through of your new home, check access fobs, and leave a welcome packet in your apartment that includes important information about Life Time Living that we will go over with you upon your arrival. 

Yes, Monday - Friday: 7:30am-3:30pm, Sat: 8am-12pm. We also provide on-call service for any emergencies. 

Residents are able to conveniently submit service orders online via our resident portal, 24/7. You may also contact the office and a staff member will be able to assist in getting the service request submitted. 

Maintenance will generally respond to or complete your work order within 48 hours. If "permission to enter without your presence" is granted at the time the service request was submitted, maintenance will knock to make themselves known before entering. Once the service request has been completed, you will be left a note of the work completed. If we do not have "permission to enter," maintenance will contact you to arrange a time to complete the requested service order. Service requests are addressed in the order they are received unless it is an emergency.

No, residents can give maintenance permission to access the apartment if they will not be home. 

If locked out during normal office hours, residents can notify leasing office and they will grant/arrange for access. If locked out after office hours, residents can contact our emergency line and our on-call maintenance team member will let you in. There are fees associated with lock outs.  

Yes, we welcome residents to decorate their new home. At the time of your move out inspection all damage will be assessed to determine excessive or normal wear and tear. 


We are located in the Burlington School District 

Life Time Living Residents have the amazing opportunity to have all meals prepped at The Life Time Club Café! Please contact our office for additional information on meal prep/delivery. In addition, resident's shop along 3rd Ave, which includes Wegman’s and additional eatery options. 

Yes, public transportation pick up and drop off locations are extremely convenient and close to our community. The Alewife Station, North Burlington and Third Ave bus lines all stop right outside of our community. 

Our community is located right in the heart of Burlington, central to many restaurants, cafes, markets, shops, parks and attractions. We are 20 minutes to Boston, directly next to 3rd Ave Shops, The Burlington Mall and so many other attractions. 


Our address is 20 Fourth Ave., Burlington, MA, 01803. We are conveniently located off of Middlesex Tpk., one mile down from I-95 and the Lowell Connector. Please contact our office if you are unable to locate us, and we can provide a direct link for directions to our community.
